Returns
We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- You receive an incorrect item different from what you ordered.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide:
- A clear unboxing video (mandatory)
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Your order number
Our team will review your request and assist you with the next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Customized or personalized jewellery.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse after delivery.
- Minor variations in color, finish, size, or design caused by photography, lighting, screen settings, or handcrafted manufacturing, as these are not considered defects.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days through the original payment method used during the purchase.
The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacements
If the returned product is available in stock, we can arrange a replacement instead of a refund based on your preference.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued after the return has been approved.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. However, if eligible, you may request a return after receiving the order in accordance with this policy.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, ATHAMMA Collections will provide guidance regarding the return process. Our team will inform you if return shipping is arranged by us or if reimbursement of eligible shipping charges applies.
